All sessions can be carried out face-to-face or online. Sessions are 55 minutes long. Prices are based on a 4-week month.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are 55 minutes long; this gives me a few minutes’ flexibility between clients.

Where can we meet?

I am based in PureGym Borehamwood so carry out most sessions there.

If you prefer, there are a few other options:

  1. We can meet in a local park
  2. We can carry out an online session via Facetime or Skype
  3. I can also do home visits – see the next question.

Can you do home visits?

Home sessions are available, on request.

If you are inside the circle in the below map (within 5 miles of PureGym Borehamwood), I can come to you for an additional £5 per session.

Am I tied into a long-term contract?

The agreement is on a monthly recurring basis – you can cancel at any time, and it will take effect from the following month.

What happens if I can't attend a session?

As long as you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, we can reschedule your session.

Unfortunately, if 24 hours’ notice is not given, your session will be forfeited.

What if I don't use all my sessions in one month?

To ensure flexibility, a maximum of half of your monthly sessions can be rolled over to the following month. You can only ever have that amount roll over.

For example, if you are on the Silver plan with 2 sessions per week (8 per month), you’re able to roll over a maximum of 4 sessions at any time.

Sessions can only roll over while you have an active monthly subscription.

What happens if I use too many sessions in a month?

This could happen, for instance when there’s a 31-day month, as there are 3 extra days you are likely to use an additional session or two.

In this case, we would chat about this ahead of time and make sure this is covered. You could use a rolled-over session, or alternatively purchase an additional session at the discounted rate for your package (e.g. Silver would be £50 for an extra session).

What if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time, and it will take effect from the following month. Any rolled over sessions would be voided.
